Yeah its pretty easy man. All you need is a cut-off wheel, a drill, and a couple hours.

Drill out where the welds are Filled in, and use a cut off wheel to cut through the support.

With everything removed on the car, cut it off. After you cut it off, all you do is weld it in place.

easy as 1-2-3

I dont think there is a DIY on how to do it for the camry.

Basically, remove the radiator / fans, cruise contol, battery, headlights / corner lights / bumper lights, front grille, bumper cover, a couple bolts that hold the bumper onto the car .. drop the bumper, remove both fenders, grab a cutoff wheel and a drill and cut your old support out. Straighten your body if bent at this time. After everything is straight, dry fit it and make sure its going to work. Tack it in place in a couple spots, and re-check for squareness. If good, continue to weld the rest of the core support in place. Make sure to put something fire retardant over the motor / anything you dont want to catch fire when grinding and welding. dont go crazy with the welding. All you have to do is fill in where the Factory spot welds are. If you use the tool listed at the bottom, it will leave you a large enough hole to tack it back together.

EDIT:

You will also have to remove the AC Radiator too

EDITEDIT:

This tool also comes in handy when removing the core supports

Probably take you about 10 hours removing everything and re-installing it since ur a first timer.

I'm sorry if I am not much more help, but there isn't really any documentation online so I am just telling you how to do it with text. I could go outside and rip my front end off and take pictures but theres nothing wrong with my car so it would be pointless.

Just take your time, and use the tool I listed to remove the spot welds.. Once you get all the welds ground and drilled out the support will simply fall off.

Since its a 4th gen, I'm not completely positive how to remove it. Once you get it down to the radiator support though, it comes off exactly the same.

You may want to look into getting a haynes manual or some sort of repair manual.
