Camry Instrument Cluster Bulb

I have a 1999 Carmy. On the far right of the instrument cluster the tach is getting dim (pretty much black on the far right). I know that you can buy the bulbs. How many bulbs are behind there. Also can I replace these with LEDs? Also can I replace the LEDs for the P, R, D, L, 2. The D one has gotten dim. Does anybody have a tutorial on removing the cluster?

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I literally just did a 40 minute video DIY on this for the 92-96 models. This thread is trolling me. Seriously. Spend the time and watch the videos. The gen 3 is pretty similar. Also, check the sticky for cluster removal.

Thanks, I used your videos, as it appears, every bulb in the cluster is replaceable. I took the cluster out. I have a 1999 camry It appears to use 2 different types of bulbs 74 and 194. The 194 is for the illumination while the 74 is for everything else. I looked online and found lots of sellers of LEDs to go into there. However, I don't want to buy these and find they are junk or go bad after a couple of months, what are the better types?

Did you watch part 4 of the videos? I went over how to compare the measurements of the bulb to the stuff on superbrightleds.com.

I saw superbrightleds, but the bulbs where kind of expensive. I like the 30 bulbs for 18 bucks deal on ebay...

See, the problem is the plastic clips. I'd rather spend the money and make it easier on myself. but meh. Maybe a part 5 eventually.
