power windows,locks, sunroof,not working

Hi there, I was wondering if someone could help me out. I have a 1992 Camry with a V-6. Currently it has no power windows, power locks, sun roof, brake lights, park lights, and you have to push the button on the consule to get it into gear. I checked the pink 30 amp fuse at the fuse box to the left of the steering wheel and it's good, but I changed it anyways. I swapped out all 3 relays in the back of the fuse box and even replaced the whole fuse box with another one.

I'm baffled. Does anyone know if a fuse or relay feeds the fuse box by the dash to the left of the steering wheel? and which harness supplies power for all these electrical things? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Have a test light to see if you have power to the pink 30 amp fuse?

Nope no power to pink 30 amp fuse. And no power to some of the smaller fuses to the left, such as brake lights, tail lights, etc. Just wondering if there's a fusible link up stream or something.
