so yeah, got my emissions tested today and was fully prepared for a big "FAIL" mark on my results sheet. but no, I passed. No EGR, no tune and what sounds and feels like a slight vacuum leak. and i had to go through a sniffer. only difference between now and the previous time i did this (and failed) was on the second run the attendant told me to push the revs to 3K instead of the 2500 standard. here are the test results:

something seems weird with that CO result. the standard is 1.0 and i was .06.
in MD they dont check any computers pre 96, they sniff all of them. in any case, i have no codes dropping for them to read even if they did. resistors are a wonderful thing.

There is no mandatory emissions/safety testing in Quebec or in Michigan, so my car hasn't done that in awhile... I did have to do a mandatory emissions + safety when I registered it in Ontario in mid-2007...
