Driver Side Headlight not working after battery change

I have a 2001 camry and recently got the battery replaced at Sears. After the replacement, the driver side low beam of the headlight has stopped coming on. The high beam works fine.

The low beam bulb was replaced but it did not help. When the guy at Sears was replacing the bulb, he showed me that the light came on, but it went off after I drove away. Since then its not coming back on.

Please help. The Sears auto guys dont seem to know much and are just guessing about what it could be.

Your wires running to the pigtail may be loose, Or the plug may not be plugged in the entire way. That's my guess. You could try to wiggle the wires that run to the pigtail around and see if the light comes on

I have a bad feeling that guys at Sears pulled the low beam connector off the bulb by pulling on wires (!!!) instead of pulling on connector itself. unplug it and check if terminals inside are sitting normally or one of them is backed out.

they were probably touching it before and after replacing the battery (same side).
