Replacing instrument cluster light bulbs...

This is for my mother's car: 2000 Toyota Camry LE (4cyl) - one of the light bulbs in the instrument cluster is out and I need to replace it. How do I pop out the instrument cluster?

Secondly, none of the cool/heat controls in the middle console are illuminated - what do I replace to get those lights back?

Thx,
James

Here is the closeup of the dash without the flash - you can see that the left light is on and the right one is not...

It's a 2000 and VIN starts with "4T" - what's the significance... someone else had asked me that question (we're selling the car)...

wow sorry to hear that the J-vin means it was made in Japan certain things on the car are different ie for example on the airbags on 4T made cars (made in georgetown Ky, have 2 30 torex screws holding the airbag on one on each side, J-vin cars have 3 total 1 on the left and two on the right) if u look at the steering wheel where your cruise control stick is you'll see a little round cover, theres on the otherside as well, gimme a little bit and I'll figure out which bulbs you need, oh and depending on which car you have part numbers for things around the car, including the bulbs have different part numbers

It's my mother's car - she's selling it because she wants an SUV - Camry is not that good in the snow.

Back to the topic: the video that was posted (thanks MR Perkins) - showed how to replace the bulbs behind the cluster - I wrote down the bulb number: 194-168.

Wonder if I should replace all 4 of them at once... sounds like I may need to buy the entire assembly (with the black caps, not just the bulbs). Can you confirm the bulb/assembly numbers for me?

Also, it wasn't clear from the video if these 4 bulbs in the main cluster had anything to do with the lights that illuminate the heater/ac/fan controls - I'm guessing not....

Here the closeups of these with and without flash:
