map sensor interchangeability

help. I need to replace my map sensor because it was dammaged physicaly while doing some other work.

I cannot afford to buy a new one right now for over $225, but there are several listed online for $30 that say they will work, however the numbers do not match exactly.

they look the same physicaly, but mine has the number 89420 06010 and the closest I can find is 89420 06020.

will these interchange?

type the part number of your MAP in search box and select Toyota and search. In results on right you will see all Toyota models and years having the same part.

Heres them side by side. The 89420 06010 is the large one, the 89420 06020 is the small one:

The wiring harness plugs right into both of them, and the car runs with either / or


The large on above is the one I was talking about $10.00 shipped also. As you can see the one mounting tab is semi-broken
