Timing Belt Woes: RH Camshaft Pulley Rubbing

I've been working on my first 1MZ-FE timing belt job and things have been going smoothly until now. I've re-assembled it and got the belt back on. However, when I ran the engine to make sure everything is fine, I found the RH camshaft pulley rubbing on the back side. You can hear a faint metal on metal noise, but it's also causing some smoke, that appears to be coming from the back side of the rear timing cover. You can also smell whatever is rubbing. I had to leave it alone to go to work, and figured I'd ask if anyone has ever had similar issues. If so, any ideas? Thanks...

Did you remove the timing cover bolted behind the pulleys?
I would check if its tight and nothing is in the way of it and the heads.

I did go back and check it and I did not find anything out of the ordinary.

Tonight I will rip it apart again and look over it some. I'll also have a buddy or two check it out. It's gotta be something simple?

Update: Resolved
