Running light malfunction help!

hey everyone
so i have been having issues trying to figure this out
i have a 93 camry le 4cyl and for some reason my running lights will not work no dash lights
side lights or rear lights my headlights work fine though
ive checked the fuse and its not blown and i replaced the dimmer switch (got a new one for free) and they still will not work does anyone know what it could be? And how i can fix it?

Integration relay maybe. It's usually the dimmer switch though. Odd.

Make sure the Red / Lime has 12v(+) going from the 10A Gauge fuse to the Instrument panel. If thats all good, start checking your grounds.

could it be a wire connected to the dimmer switch plug?

i took the bezel out and originally the dash lights werent working but the exterior lights were so mi ened up finding out i tightened the locking not too much so i fixed that and it worked and when i was putting the bezel back in they all turned off
