Gen 3 Road Noise

Vehicle Information:

Make: Toyota
Model: Camry LE
Year: 1993
Motor: 2.2L

Had some road noise that went away when I would turn left. Linked it to a Wheel bearing. I checked the passenger front and passenger rear. The P/F wheel moved in all directions so I figured it was bad. I changed out the wheel bearing and hub assembly with a new one and thought it would be good to go. Well, after I changed it I took it for a road test and it still made a noise! Well I jacked it up again and checked the tire again. It still moves????? Does this make sense? The wheel bearing and hub I got were OEM Factory Replacements so it should be correct. I told them my VIN and they gave me the part I needed. I also checked the tires for Cupped tread (Ran my hand side to side and left and right.. .felt smooth)

Now my question is, Is there anything else that could cause a Humming noise while driving other than a wheel bearing or a cupped tire? Tie-Rods feel tight, Ball joint looked good (no rips or up and down play).

Any help would be much appreciated

Edit:

I wonder if i changed the wrong side? lol

So you hold the tire at the 3-9 o'clock and 6-12 o'clock positions and try to move it. It shouldn't right?

How did you test the ball joints? By lifting 1/2 the car's weight off and use a pry bar to try to move the joint (use wood to protect wheels).

You grab the tie rod, try to move it left/right, up/down, in/out. No movement except the joints, right?

You test the lower ball joint not by pushing up. The castle nut is Inverted compared to other vehicles (Under the Axle) So you have to Place a prybar between the balljoint and the control arm and pry up and down. If it clicks / pops up or down its bad. It was good.

Everything suspension and steering is tight though.

I'm thinking that the HUB May have been the wrong hub, or I replaced the wrong side

Rotate your tires around. Ive had a bad tire cause a noise just like a bad bearing. Is the noise consistent or does it increase with speed?

Yeah it changes with speed, but if I am going slower I can turn it to the left and it goes away. The noise doesn't increase if i turn it to the right though
