3rd Generation idle adjustment wont work!

My 93 camry 4cyl idles at 1300 RPM when on park/neutral no A/C. However when I go put it on drive/reverse it drops down to about 800 RPM, w/ A/C it drops down to 700 RPM. is that normal?

Also i'm trying to adjust my idle rpm through the throttle wire, but no matter how much i adjust it everything just stays the same. Please help
(it still stays at 1300 RPM on park, no matter how much I adjust the wire. I'm adjusting the top wire with the 2 nuts on it)

Also a major problem that i've had for several years. Everytime my camry goes above 40 MPH, it starts to shake really hard. Under 40 MPH everything is fine. What could cause this?

The shaking is extremely rough and hard. I tried to debug it one day by going 80 MPH on the highway, but the shaking stayed the same intensity as it was at 40 MPH. Very very odd problem.

That is normal. When the engine is cold, the idle is higher to warm the engine up quicker. Once operating temperate is reach it drops below 800 RPM and more with the A/C. Also, don't try to mess with the throttle adjustment; it can mess things up. The idle can't be adjusted but you can and should clean the idle air control valve.

Not sure about the shaking. It couldn't be wheel balance as that gets worse with speed.

I see what is the ideal temperature? After I warm up the camry for 10 minutes the temperature needle goes to the half way mark. However the radiator fans wont kick in unless i turn the A/C on. I'm worried the camry might get 'TOO' hot.

Also can someone tell me the default of throttle adjustment. Right now I have it 3/4 of the way to the right, which is loose.

Also I got my wheels balanced 2x last year, and the shaking is still there.

Also a new recent problem, the orange warning light next to the airbag warning light. It looks like a tailight warning light. I'm not sure. However all my lights are working.

Check all vacuum lines for leaks.

Had the same problem. THe T-Stat needs replacing. T-Stat right before the waterpump.

I am guessing that temp needle goes up and down at random especially when it is cold

The bulb indicator can be the third brake light. If not than most will tell you to pull each bulb and check for corroded contacts. It can also mean a bulb is starting to go

EDIT: is that picture of the temp after 10 mins? If it is, that temp needs to be a bit higher.

That's the temp on a new start after ~45mins of cool down. where is the waterpump and thermostat assembly?

Also all my lights work, but I will reinsert them to see if that fixes the problem.

I just checked all the vaccum tubes, and they are all good.
