95 camry no cel light no start

I have a 1995 camry 4cylinder that wont start.Im not getting any spark and the fuel pump isnt getting any power while cranking.I also notice there is no cel light showing when the ignition is on acc, I also jumped te1 and e1 to check if the cel light would show but nothing still shows. So far i have replace the efi relay , opening circuit relay and checked all fuses. Is it possible i have a bad ecm even though i know toyota have really reliable ecms.

check the EFI fuse and EFI relay. either of them disables the fuel pump and ignition coils while still allowing to crank, at least the EFI fuse does that, not sure what EFI relay exactly does.

If its cranking but not starting it sounds like a Crankshaft Position Sensor.. Check to make sure the Distributor GE and NE terminals are reading proper resistance and have the proper air gap. Could be something internally wrong with the distributor.

If the distributor is not sending a correct signal to the computer, or no signal at all, the computer will not send the signal to the igniter (no spark) and will not engage the fuel pump (no fuel).

will check those things on the distributor soon but will those cause the CEL not to come on when the ign switch is on acc and even after the te1-e1 were jumped?

well, you may get a Code 12 which is Engine Revolution Signal missing but OBD1 is very basic in what the problem is and is very stubborn at throwing codes. I've pulled the IACV, TPS, and VSV plugs off before and never thrown a code. lol

When did the car start not starting?

well it died on the hwy while i was driving and hasent started since. What i ment by the CEL not turning on is, on every car when u turn the key to acc without starting the engine the check engine light is supposed to blink on or stay on till your engine starts to let you know the ecu is working.Mine doesent anymore sorry if im confusing you

Okay.. that helps a lot. Have you checked your timing belt by chance? Sounds like your belt may have broke while driving.

Have you checked your cylinders for compression?

EDIT:

For the CEL , your supposed to connect TE1 and E1 and turn the key to the ON position (Right before it cranks over)

If your timing belt is broken, it will not rotate the camshafts and send a signal to the computer
