Recommendations for new clutch and flywheel?

Well, the time is coming close. I am pretty sure my clutch is worn out. I have begun to notice some minimal slipping at higher RPM. Also my cars has over 250k on it. I'm fairly confident it's the OE clutch and flywheel.

Specs:
Daily driven in the city and highway.
Basically stock.
1MZ w/ E153

Any suggestions on brands and type?

I don't really want to resurface my flywheel, I'd prefer a lighter aluminum one.

I'd really like to get a package from the same spots so I might be able to save some money.

What kind of clutches/flywheels interchange? I keep fining that only companies are carrying 2.2L parts and nothing for my 3.0.

Any specs on the model you have of the clutch and flywheel? That's the combo I was looking for really. Some seller used to sell the combo on ebay but I don't see it anymore.
