looks like a mess but I did it. The coupe revs up alot faster.
Note: the pvc pipe is there temporarily. I will be creating a better intake to take full advantage of the dual variable intake.
difficult to do due to both tps's are different and there are less vacuume lines on the new intake manifold.

an upgraded version made with exhaust pipe i had laying around (unused )
Pretty cool project. The Avalon I'm picking up today has dual TB's on it's 1MZ. Didn't know that any of them had it until I started looking at the car.

well he can control the 2 tb, so lower rpm/cruising only open one tb to reduce air volume but keep velocity through the tb, (increased tq) then wot i'm guessing you have more more volume (the combined diameters work out more)

there was a guy on TN that i think purchased a 5sfe with dual TBs .. The passenger side manifold was cut off and a TB plate was welded in-place.. Not sure about how it ran, but I remember seeing pictures and it made me laugh. lol

I would stress him out and make him go crazy. I need to get an safc and have the car tuned for e85 i got some flex fuel parts that i will be installing shortly.
