How much to rebuild engine

I am a pretty handy guy and can figure out how to get the engine out myself. How much am I looking at to get my v6 rebuilt?

Yeahhhhh, see.... there's 1000 different definitions of "rebuilt". Depends on whats being replaced, and how much of the work YOU are will to do. Ask around different shops if you're not doing it. If you are, then it costs whatever in parts.

^ Very true. Most people choose NOT to rebuild for that reason. But personally, I won't knock anyone that wants to rebuild. There's a good feeling in replacing all the bits of an engine yourself.

Rebuilding an engine isn't that difficult if you have the tools and the know-how. Very easy to do once its on an engine stand.
