so can u change the bulb in that little ring that goes around the ignition key hole. its that little green halo lookin thing. so anyone ever changed theirs?

Yes. You just need to remove the plastic cover and then you'll see it. Should just pop off if I remember correctly. Might have to take the knee panel off first...

It's the same light that the ashtray uses, same wire too.

Ashtray has a bulb? Mine must of burnt out...well I never use it so doesn't matter.

It uses #74/T5 bulbs for the key ring...two of them I believe. I still have to get around to changing it.

Yeah mine is burnt out too. Key ring only uses one bulb I think...

Is it one? I remember reading it was two in some topic. Well on ebay they sell 2 for about $1.50 so it's worth getting it in case haha.

If someone could clarify...or I'll take a look tomorrow.

It actually might of been generation 3.

Alright for GEN4 it's just one T5/74 bulb.
