Yeah theyre not reverse.

Dont forget ot get new cotter pins if your re using your tie rods.

Thanks for the verification. I'm just tweaking the alignment, but yeah, been there, done that. I re-used one on my VW, "just to roll it out of the garage", and naturally I forgot about it completely, so a few weeks later my FR wheel starts flopping around on the highway.

ahhh, it reminded me that I re-used both axle nut cotter pins and tie rod castle nut cotter pins, because I forgot to have new ones on me when doing the job

... need to replace those quickly ... better safe than sorry

You dont need to unbolt the tie rod to adjust it. Take the big nut on the end (21mm I think) Loosen it first. Then you can take a smaller wrench (12mm maybe) and spin the inner tie rod either to adjust in or out.

Definitely, although I've felt fairly safe re-using axle nuts by torquing the crap out of them. To be honest the tie-rod end the cotter pin popped off was spinning on itself so I couldn't torque it down to what it should have been at in the first place.
