1993 Camry Splash shield replacement

I am trying to replace the entire underside splash guard on my 1993 Toyota Camry, and I am having a hard time finding all of the parts. It would be great if I had all of the missing parts to compare new parts to, but they are all laying somewhere on the side of the road in Southeast Kansas.
I'm sure someone has done this before, but I have no idea where to start. I'm a poor college student so I am trying to do this as cheaply as possible. I am looking for perhaps a diagram or a website that can help me, because the Haynes manual is utterly useless for what I'm trying to do. I have run searches for engine splash guards and ordered a part, but it looks as if there are more parts I am missing.
This is the part I ordered: http://store.discountaftermarketpart...epcat=true&s=1 (bottom product)
I'm not sure if I should order the part above it... it looks as if it would only go on the driver side and cover up the bottom of the strut.
Mostly I'm trying to keep water out of the engine bay... it took me several days last week to get it dried out after heavy rain here and get it to start.
I would be forever indebted to someone who would take the time to help me.

go to a local salvage yard. it will be the cheapest source and you can see for yourself where it goes and how it attaches.
