Overheating problem

My 1995 Camry LE has been running hot and I'm always having to put coolant in it but I can't tell that there's a leak any where. Also - my fans don't seem to come on when the car is idling.

Do the fans come on at all? Which engine does your car have?
Is there any puddling underneath car? You might want to try UV dye for your coolant, let it run for a few days, and then use a black light to see if you can find any leaks- It could be falling on a hot part and evaporating. How full is your coolant reservoir when the car has been running awhile?

Do you get heat from the heater? What's the temperatures of the upper and lower radiator hoses? Have you tested the fan motors? Do both come on when you turn on the AC? Have you ever changed the thermostat? How often do you replace the coolant? etc etc
