I'm thinking about replacing my glove box and dome light with leds from http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-b...2Ffestoon.html however ie with the festoon leds I have no clue which one to get, sincie theres different lengths etc. If anybody has gotten theirs from here for the glove box or dome light or any other bulbs I'd appreciate the info.
thanks
p.s if i get enough info I'll arrange the info into a useful guide for other people
There's some info on this if you search for a DIY. Also, If you watch my last 2 videos (see sig) for the gen 3 cluster, you'll get a good idea of how to measure things up.

Yup, should of searched. There are numerous threads that have a chart list of bulbs for superbrightleds for the Gen 4 camry.
The dome light is pretty big. You can take any led pad and install it as long its connected to a festoon adapter or connector. I have a 12 LED dome light LED pad.

Would you happen have the link to where you bought ur LED pad? because the LED's I have aren't bright at all... and since you have a pad I'm assuming yours is hella bright?

I get mine at oznium.com...it has a dummy bulb that connects to a pad of leds. My car is super bright like a bus!!! I turn it on when the police pull me over, to have the tension ease up since my tint is super dark ;-)

Correction, mine's a 24 LED. I bought mine off eBay. I never bought the LED pads from superbrightleds. I also got one for my trunk, and high mount stop light. make sure you get the one that has the festoon adapters. I got the one that has a spring load in the middle because those are usually the ones from Japan.
Kinda of curious to know how bright that is...lolol. How is it for the trunk? Any pics if possible? My trunk led is terrible...feel like I wasted a buck. What did you do with the birdcage housing for the trunk?
My dome light however, is amazing. I have a 31mm 6 SMD festoon...it's literally double (maybe triple) the brightness and pure white. My friends were amazed to see how bright it was haha.
