Noise from behind Steering Wheel

Can't hear it in video I made but it's 100% coming from behind the steering wheel and inside the car. It does it all the time, not just when it's cold. And ideas? I could try another video with a better camera.

I couldn't hear anything on the video, but if you are talking a lower pitched squeak that occurs with the steering motion, I have the same thing and read somewhere that this is very common in this model. Haven't heard of a fix for it, though.
