few questions about camry 1999

i have a toyota camry 1999 xle v6 and i have a few things to change and wanted to know if they will fit/work without any problems and what is right and what is wrong, what i should get and etc..

question 1:
I have 16" mags but the problem is that when i run it on the tire calculator the 16" tire profile suppose to fit for camry 2001 doesnt fit for mine, apparently it slows down by like 0.753% (tire profile 205/60/16)

but when i put 215/55/16 i am just perfect by 0.710% too fast but i have heard i would need spacers for it cause it would rub, is this true?

then also i have the other tire profile of 205/55/16 it will be 2.487% too fast but will it affect anything since it is a bit smaller?

i want advice from the people who have camry 1999 v6 and put 16" mags on their cars, i want to know what profile would you guys suggest and have tried without any problems..

question 2:
my car has a transponder (anti-start/demareur or otherwise known as kill switch) i believe i would need a bypass inorder to install remote starter on.. is that correct? which goes towards my next question, when i bought the car, there was no transponder key, but i have the 4 digit code to make a transponder key, is there any way to install remote starter without transponder key and does any one know how much locksmith charge for cutting and programming the key in montreal? (also if possible toyota price as well? because i called toyota and they said i have to replace the system, which is expensive)

question 3:
i have to replace my car battery, can i buy any car battery and install it? or is there a specific one i need to buy? i was thinking about going to canadian tire or walmart to get a battery or possibly costco.. so any suggestions you guys? (by the way i live in canada, and we have cold winters that are like -30 degrees celcius sometimes even -35 with windchill)

to answer question 1. the tires you have on the wheels are fine...they wont rub. but they may throw off the spedo a little with that 60 side wall.

How do you start the car without a (transponder)chipped key?
You can program more keys if you have the master key.
What transponder code are you talking about?

For #1, I just put a set of 215/60-16 (came from 09 Hyundai Sonata) rims and tires to my 92 Camry yesterday with no issues. I used hub centric rings.

i have a remote control when i unlock the doors the transponder disables..

if i put 215/60/16 on my camry it will slow down by 3 km when driving at 100 km, so i was wondering if anyone put 215/55/16 on their gen 4 camry v6, with no modifications done with the car, no spacers nor rolled fenders other than hub center plastic rings..
