Since it fires when you spray fluid into the Throttle Body it starts you have a fuel issue. Hook a fuel pressure gauge after the filter and monitor the fuel pressure. If its low, Try to disconnect the Fuel filter and Pressure check the line running from the pump. If its normal PSI, change the filter. If its still low, drop the tank and pull the pump out and check for blockage at the fuel pump sock. If thats clear, check the wiring running to the fuel pump.. Make sure the (+) wire has 12V+.. While monitoring the voltage wiggle the wires around and see if it drops to 0V. if it does, repair the wiring. If that's good, but you still do not have fuel pressure, change the Fuel pump with a new one. (These usually almost never go bad the entire life of the vehicle but it does happen). Generally the most common issue for fuel pressure problem is a clogged fuel filter or fuel sock on the pump.
Also check the main fuel line for leaks (rotted areas .. wet areas) .. if its wet or shooting out, your loosing pressure out of the line and you should replace or repair the line.
You can also try to disconnect the fuel line at the Filter and at the Tank and blow compressed air through the line and see if air comes out the opposite side. if it doesn't, your fuel line is clogged somewhere from the tank to the engine bay
