Question about Solara wheels

Sorry if its been asked before. I have a 2003 Solara SLE with the 6 spoke, 16" wheels, and would like to know if the 5 spoke, 17" wheels from the later years would fit without modifications. Thanks.

Almost positive they will. Just find out what lug pattern they both are. A simple search should yeild some answers.

interesting... I have same wheels as you do on my '02 SLE. can you post a pic of those 17x5 wheels (OEM on 2004+ I assume)?

all my 16's are busted more or less so sooner or later (once current tires are done) I'd like to have a handy list of good options for upgrade to 17's

These wheels? They'll fit. You may need to tinker with spacers, but it'll work. They're my favorite OEM Toyota wheels.

lug pattern seems the same as on prev years. I don't like the idea of using spacers though.

Yup, those are the wheels. Only cosmetic modification I plan to do for the car. I love how they look, and I think they would improve the appearance drastically

yeah, I agree, those wheels are sweet

you could try www.car-part.com too, I'm sure some wreckers have them on sale too in grade A0 quality.
