4th Generation '97 Camry-Dash Gauges (Temp, Speed, Tach), Windows & Cruise Control/Drive Down

Hello! Not sure if this has been posted before as this is a HUGE forum, but I'll give it a shot.

Got in the car today and the gauges stopped working. Went to put the windows up (they were down in the garage) and they won't work. Back out of the driveway to head to the store and 2nd gear is functioning as Drive, Drive as 2nd and 1st isn't working. Cruise control is also down as well. Everything else is functioning perfectly.

I tried to trace the schematic to find a fuse, but just got confused... it all points to a 40 amp and the only 40 amp I could find was the main fuse.

Any thoughts or direction on what would cause these multiple components to fail simultaneously would be greatly appreciated!

Phil

Main fuse, main relay, or a bad ground could all cause that. This may not be the best course of action.... but off the top of my head I'd try pulling fuses and checking them with a multimeter.
