3rd Generation Facelift - Depo's and New Front Lip (hacked, but fits nicely)

Got the Depo's installed and put this new lip on. I had to cut it to make it fit - as you can see where it connects in the center. That kind of interrupts the flow, but I think I can live with it.... Overall, it fit pretty good. The lighting is poor in these pictures, so if anyone is interested I'll take more pics tomorrow.

4Cyl'erThriller, those '94-'96 corners with the orange that you "promised" me would really set it off IMO.... I'm still interested!
71Corolla, these are the Depo's -
Amazon Amazon
$145 shipped with Phillips bulbs. Light output is much improved with the new bulbs and housings. They were focused great too - no adjustments needed.

The lip is from a...

.
late 90's Volvo S90 (I believe). I picked it up from a sidewalk while getting gas a few months ago. It probably got knocked off the car - has some good road rash. It had a tag on it with a serial number. I think I still have the tag at work somewhere. I'll look around on Monday to see if I can find it.
The curves fit the bumper real well but it is too wide. I am no expert on modifying lips, but if you can connect the two pieces with a bracket on the inside and bodo, it would look much smoother. It is not supported close to the center so that point would have to be real strong.

Ha Ha HAHAHA OK "Promised" LMAO. Ive gotta see where Im at once I reach the next phase of my transformation. Then we will see. I think clear bumpers would serve as a smooth over till that point tho.
Nice to see another lip option other than the taurus.

The lights look great! Its a little hard from the pics to see the difference from the black accents as opposed to the all chromes, but I just love this mod., it really freshens up the car. I still think a set of amber accented corners would really set this off too, maybe with a custom matching black trim around..

The 'lip' looks great too, off the sidewalk! haha., I get ideas while walking my dog and looking at all kinds of cars and stuff around the neibourhood. Dog seems to have good taste in custom wheels and always stops to check them out?

- So little time, so many things to do.

I was just thinking about it, and maybe I should clarify. My dog is a female, and she doesn't "you know what" on the wheels. I found the material for my front "lip" after some local commercial contractors left some landscaping, border trim in a pile of garbage nearby. Tough as nails, weatherproof, cut and shape to desired form.

Interesting lip none the less! As far as the corners and bumpers.. clear bumpers ftw to match the rest of the car.

n3rdifed, that’s it! Who would have ever though... just like the Taurus lip.

Thank you all for your comments and complements! I like my car much more now that it doesn’t look like every other Camry (just with a big a$$).

I’ll probably keep the lights the way they are for now, until 4Cyl'erThriller is ready to hook me up with the 3.5 Depo black corners. I like the orange look, so I’ll stick with the OEM bumper lights. I would also like to avoid painting the lights if possible.

^+1. Stick to your guns on the 3.5 corner lights. The nice looking element of them is the amber reflective element inside. A painted amber corner would look, well like a painted thing and not like a reflective component.
