That's the Shift solenoid SL or some call Solenoid E. It controls the on/off engagement of the torque converter clutch.

expect your car to not downshift out of overdrive until very low RPM. It will shake violently before it does downshift. You may have to manually downshift until you fix it. That particular sensor is only a 1-Pin Sensor .. its grouded to the transmission.
