Question Motor Mounts 1998 Camry V6

I have a 1998 Camry V6 auto trans. When I put the trans in D, or R with my foot on the brake the engine jumps up. I am suspecting a broken engine mount. How many mounts does this engine have? I can see the large "tower" mount at the front of the engine compartment, (left bank) and the dogbone at the righthand side of the engine compartment, (front of engine). I do see movement of these when in gear, and foot on brake, when applying bursts to throttle., but am not sure if it is normal. I would like to check all of the mounts. Is there a better way to check these?

There should be 4 motor mounts on the car. One one the drivers side (Transmission mount), one on the passenger side (Dog-bone), one up front, and one in rear.. This is on a 5sfe motor.... The 1mz motor may be designed differently, but I am suspect to believe it also has four.

Edit:

There really isnt a great way to test these motor mounts besides putting the vehicle into Drive and Reverse and holding the brake and applying throttle. If the movement is Excessive.. which it sounds like it is, then I would just replace all four motor mounts. One bad motor mount will affect all the others, because they are designed to work in-sync. Once one goes bad, the others are to follow unless you swap the bad one out immediately.

Anchor and Beck Arnley seem ok, don't know about this Amazon part. Or you can get an OEM one online or from TN's ToyotaPartsMan.

Try Napa, or Advance Auto.
