camry won't start, suggestions

1994 v6, went to start it this mornig and as I turned the key, radio went on, chimes on, but nothing with the engine. I turned it and nothing, not even turned over. Battery is new as of 2 months ago. I tried jumping it, nothing. Any suggestions? Any tests I can do to find out what it is?

It could be a number of things including bad starter, bad connection, or a bad starter relay. I had to fix Camry before that wouldn't start and it turned out that the previous owner installed a kill switch under the dash and the new owner accident kicked.

probably starter contacts, hit it with a hammer while someone crankig it and see if it helps. if yes then you need a new starter or a rebuild kit.

make sure the battery has clean terminals and is free of any corrosion/oxidation, they should be clean and tight.

^ What fenixus said, but more specifically, tap the solenoid on top of the starter as it sits. It's the contacts inside the solenoid that wear and cause starting problems. If that does start the car, the solenoid contacts can be replaced cheaply without replacing the whole starter. If the car starts after tapping it, read this article on replacing the contacts:
