Question 3vz m/t transmissions

Which manual transmissions bolt up to the 3vz? I think I read somewhere that a 4cyl trans will? Being so hard to find the E53 I'm wondering what other options are available.

IF THIS THREAD HAS BEEN COVERED ALREADY LINK ME. Dont post "search" it's useless and I ALREADY TRIED!
