1992 camry water pump

Suddenly car sounded like it had a loose marble near the alternator or water pump. Removed alternator belt. The marble noise did not go away.
I put in a new timing belt and water pump. Timing was not a problem because the belt did not break and I never turned over the motor. But I did mark the sprocket with white out. I have replaced the timing belt before. So more of a general pain than difficult.

I guess 238,000 miles ok for a water pump. The bearings were loose,causing the propeller fins to rattle against the housing, I think.
Back to normal now sounds great and runs fine.

so you replaced that WP or not? it's highly suggested you replace all timing belt area items at same time or it will be haunting you forever...
