Ultra Racing Strut bar gen 4 camry

I just got a Ultra Racing strut bar today only issue is when i tighten it down it presses against the bracket holding the throttle cable in. I thought I remember seeing a diy on how to shave it but can't find it. Anybody else who has the same bar/car I'd appreciate any help
