99 Camry Suddenly Cut Out

I was driving home from work when my 99 Camry suddenly cut out on me.

It turns over, there is spark at the plugs, and I feel pressure pulsations on the fuel line.

Any ideas of what to check?

Thanks a lot.

csaxon-

I was afraid of that.

Should I just remove the top belt cover and see if the belt is broken?

If it's not broken, could it have skipped a few teeth?

Does the 5sfe engine cause valve damage if the belt breaks?

Thanks

No damage.

Have someone crank while you look at the belt. If its not rotating the water pump probably seized. Either way its a easy job, tons of good DIY's on this site for it. Do the oil seals as well.

Can the belt be replaced without pulling the engine?

I don't have an engine hoist.

Thanks

Thanks for all the help, guys.

If the belt is indeed broken, where can I find a procedure for lining up the new belt with the cam and crank shafts?

All the procedures on timing belt replacements I have seen so far assume the old belt is not broken, so they just mark the positions.

What so you do if the old belt is completely broken?

Thanks
