Canada Electrical problem

Hello,
My daughter's 1997 Camry, 4 cyl. 165,000 miles. All electrical power goes out while driving. The engine still runs but all dash, windows, turn signals, etc. power goes out and comes back on in a few minutes. This used to occur very frequently, but after giggling and shaking the breakers/relays on the left front fender under the hood, it has lessened. I'm assuming there is a poor connection somewhere in that panel.
Can anyone suggest where to start? Maybe this is a common problem on this car? Personally, it hasn't happened to me while driving the car.
Thanks,
Henry

as above, check all wiring harness ground points in engine bay:
Preventative Maintenance: Engine Grounds

possible that you have a loose connection under main fuse box somewhere.

Hi,

I've the same problem with my Accord. The problem of my accord is a faulty ignition switch wire (or something like that). There is a recall on my accord. So check if the repair can be performed under warranty.

Hello all,
Good news, thanks to your inputs and the big help of my daughter coming home with the problem existing, I gently touched the main electrical connectors on the inside of the left front fender and the power came back on as soon as I touched the most forward modules.
Today with some time on my hands, I removed the battery which gave me full access to the electrical junction boxes. I pulled up the junctions and lo and behold there was the problem. Looks like the orange connector was installed up to the locking tab, but not pushed in all the way. Here are some before and after photos.
Again, thanks to everyone who chimed in,
Henry

P..S. Looks like I don't have permission to attach photos. I will post them as soon as I am able.

Thanks for the info, seems a lot more difficult than other sites that just have an attachment feature, but I'm not complaining.
Here it goes,

This is the general area of problem, left front engine compartment.

Connector "as found".

Connector after full insertion.

After paying a little learning curve, pasting and editing these photos wasn't too bad,
Again, thank you for your help in assisting me with this.
