Tips for tightining crankshaft pulley

I've read around for this but I'm not sure how to make a tool easily or cheaply in order to tighten the bolt to 80ft/lbs. I have seen the club tool in the faq for one of the timing belt jobs but I don't have the fabrication tools for it. I also don't have the time or the budget to order the toyota sst tool. Could you guys provide some tips on how to do it the budget conscious way?
Thanks in advance.

Pull the Flywheel Access panel off and Jam a screw driver or punch in it. Then torque it. (Bottom of transmission to the drivers side -- of exhaust) Held in by two 10mm bolts. You have to remove the three (14)mm bolts from the bracket that holds the transmission to the motor before you can remove the plate.

Basic Concept of what your doing :

^ The idea to jam the flywheel and torque the crankshaft bolt could work. When I restalled my pulley, I put some red thread locker, and ran in impact to it. I used an compressed air impact but a strong electric might do it.

Just to clarify on what Mister Perkins said, the panel that comes off is the one with the middle 14mm nut that also is securing the exhaust curve correct? I'm doing a waterpump / timing belt R&R and hit the opposite problem of Fortified lol I need to crack mine loose. I ran out of light this evening so I'm just poking for a little extra advice to make sure I'm on the right trail. Thanks in advance for the answers, and I apologize for post snatching Fort.
*side note - if that fails I can just remove the starter and jam the fly from there as well correct?

^ yes, removing the starter and jamming the flywheel that way is actually usually easier for most people (presuming the intake box, etc. have already been removed)
