Peak website doesn't say anything about the ingredients. But "all-makes" is usually a clone of Death-cool, I mean Dexcool. Many owners use it and claim it's fine. These old cooling systems are not designed for 2EHA, which very is effective in protecting cast iron and copper/brass systems but can soften some plastics and silicone seals/gaskets in systems not designed for it.
Peak also has a non-2EHA "Global" coolant. But I'm not sure if this Global is more like the 5-year Toyota Pink (Toyota Super Long Life Coolant) or the older 2-year Red (Toyota Long Life Coolant). Because the Pink doesn't protect copper/brass very well. It's why Toyota still carries the Red because that's what you should use and not the Pink.
However, if you use an aftermarket water pump with a carbide seal (like Bosch from Pep Boys) instead of a cheap rubber seal, then Valvoline G-05 coolant from NAPA would be a good alternative to the Red. G-05 is a proven, low silicate, 5-year coolant.
In any case use distilled water to dilute the concentrates. If you need to switch coolants, flush with distilled water at least 3 times or until the water comes out clear.
