looks like someone's attempt to make a lip or splitter from another car fit. sides dont look like they line up well.

^That's the RMM lip for the Gen3.5 Camry. The nicest looking one out there for the model Camry IMO.

Not a bad looking Camry either. Lose the hood scoop and it'll be legit.

This lip came as part of the touring package. Some members in New Zealand have been fortunate enough to come across them but they are increasingly hard to find.
Although its sure not the same one..
