ok so my wipers are possessed

ok so the other week we had a light drizzle and had the wipers set on intermittent and after driving for about a good 15 mins they just stopped on their own. Later after about another 10 mins they just started working again weird. Now yesterday we had a little heavier rain and I turned the wipers on the regular setting and worked fine until the rained slowed down and I turned the setting back to intermittent and they just stopped half way on the windshield and would not work any more, I left the wipers on intermittent and a bit later they just moved back down to where they belong. Now this morning when I turned them on they would wipe the windshield but stop half way only....WTF

So am I alone or should I call a priest to do some prayers over the wipers.

I think it's just the wiper motor going out.

I would make sure the relays and fuses are ok before replacing the motor.

Confirm you have 12V+ to the motor before replacing it too.

Always always always check for voltage, and check fuses / relays before changing a part
