weird lock problem

my front passenger door doesnt lock/unlock unless the lock is manually moved. the button used to lock/unlock on the driver door panel locks/unlocks all other doors besides the front passenger door lock. the outdoor unlock for all doors on the driver door doesnt unlock it either, and can only be unlocked from the outside from the front passenger outdoor lock.

it gets annoying and would like to fix it.
anyone know what the problem could be?

I think the problem lies with the door actuator. I have the same problem with my back passenger door.

It's the door actuator, I just replaced one in my 2000 Camry on the front drivers side.
It took me about and hour to replace the bad one.
