3rd Generation strut/sping bumper 95 camry

last strut question.can i reuse my bumpers? thy still look and feel pretty solid.on the rear drivers side i can move the bumper up and down the strut shaft and on the other side it seems to be stuck closer to the mount. is it ok if the bumper can be moved this way or is it bad?

Get a new one for the rear drivers side. You can reuse the other one, since you're there, you might as well replace it and it doesn't cost too much.
