100K maintenance on 98 Camry

My 98 Camry has 102,000 miles. I'd like to purchase a new car in December and would like to keep driving this beater until that time. What maintenance should I do in order to keep this car in driveable condition for the next 8 months? The water pump, timing belt, starter, battery, tires, A/C and brakes have all been replaced during the past 2 years. The transmission fluid hasn't been flushed in a long time. All of the other parts on the car are original. The only problems the car has now is a leaking power steering pump or rack, and struts that rattle when going over bumps. If this was your car, what maintenance or repairs would you suggest in order to keep this car on the road for the next 8 months? I do not want to fix things that are not necessary since I only plan on keeping the car for 8 more months.

I would live with the struts. If the leak is the pump, get a rebuilt one or you can fix the original with a gasket kit($20). If it is the rack, try Lucas.

Replace the air filter if dirty, and keep all fluids topped. Anything else doesn't seem worth fixing or replacing.

if you want to sell the car, then stop investing money into it as you will never get it back upon sales.

leave the struts/mounts alone and let the new owner take care of it at their cost, you won't get much better price for a car if you do them now (and waste $500 minimum if using Monroe Quick Struts all around from rockauto.com and doing job by yourself).

put some Lucas Power Steering stop leak into P/S fluid and see if it helps. keep changing motor oil and pray nothing breaks down in 8 months
