Rocking seat

I have a manual drivers seat that has the loose bottom track which rocks and shifts around a little, is there anything I can do to fix this issue on my '97 Camry V6 ?

There are 417mm bolts holding the seat in, and the seat belt sensor wire. Unclip the wire, unbolt it, and tighten the seat tracks.

You are saying that the seat has to be removed from car before tightning tracks and what bolts actually need to be tightened?

You can remove it to make it easier, but you can just unbolt it and kinda flip it around in the car if you'd rather. I'd just pull it out though.

There should be 4 bolts on the bottom of the seat connecting the tracks and sliders. Tighten those if they need to be tightened.
