I can't give you a yes or no answer, but you'll need to know the stud pattern, offset, width and centrebore size of your current wheels and of the Highlander wheels

No problem . I just had a quick look online and apparently the 99' Camry stud pattern is 5x114.3, the centre bore size is 60.1, and it will accomodate an offset of between 34-42mm (depending on the width of the wheel). You didn't state which year Highlander, but based on the 2009 model, the wheel specs match your Camry, however you'll have to confirm the offset and width of the Highlander wheels first. If the offset and width is suitable, then theoretically they should fit as the stud pattern and centre bore size is the same.

You're very welcome. There's a lot of things to consider when buying wheels, so I'd hate for you to waste your money on something that won't fit. To find out the offset of the Highlander Hybrid wheels, your best bet would be to ring your local tyre shop as they'll probably have the info on their system. If worst comes to worst, the you or the seller can quite easily measure the offset with a ruler or tape measure (if it comes to that I'll explain the procedure as there is some very minor mathematics involved). The width can be checked with a ruler or tape measure too.

yeah, that a good thing to ask local tyre shop and get some info from them before I order the wheels online ..I just thought that I can get any wheels with out any problem, but now I know its not like what I was thinking. but I'm lucky that you give a good info and I really want those wheel since I saw it on 2008 camry but he is using wheels spacers, and I heard it not good.

After a bit more digging, I managed to find out that the Highlander Hybrid wheels are 7.5 inches wide. I still haven't been able to determine what the offset is, but if they're about +45 then you may require spacers or they could touch/rub against the struts. There's nothing really wrong with using wheel spacers, especially if you only use 5mm hubcentric spacers to bring the offset down to +40. If you use 15mm bolt-on spacers then sometimes they require you to lengthen the wheel studs, but if you use the appropriate spacers then this won't be necessary. It might not come to needing spacers however as they may be enough clearance between the wheel and the struts. Let me know if the tyre shop is able to tell you what the offset is

Great, I will go to tyre shop and let you know if they know about the offset
I went tyre shop and they tried do find info about the offset but they couldn't they said I should go to Toyota dealership, but I found some website says the offset is 35mm so what do you think is that good?

If +35 is the offset then you should be fine, if it's any lower than that figure then you may need to get the rear fender lips rolled. The best thing to do would be to purchase the wheels, fit one to the hub to see how much clearance you've got and then decide on the tyre size. Would still be a good idea to call your local Toyota dealership to verify the offset just so you're not in for any unexpected surprises when the wheels arrive. Also, let me know the size of your current tyres and I'll tell you what the best size tyres will be for the new wheels so that your speed isn't too far out on the odometer

I found a picture of the wheel and you can see the wheel offset is 35, and I feel that I will get enough clearance, oo yeah about the size of my current tyres they are P205/65R15
sorry, man, they probably ain't going to fit:
they will rub rear strut, or if you'll use spacers-fenders.
215/65/15 on 15x6.5" OEM wheels with +45 offset on 2000 camry cleared struts only with 6mm spacers.
highlander wheel are even wider.
+ tires going to cost pretty penny...
