Newbie: need help P1133 and P1135

Hi guys, I'm new to this forums and I'm hoping someone here could help me with this.

I have a 1998 camry V6 (CE I think, doesn't say LE on the back). Recently my engine light came on with the error code P1133 and P1135. I'm not sure if this is the same as P0133 and P0135 but according to the book it says O2 sensor CKT slow response and O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction (bank 1 sensor 1) I'm trying to save my dad some money so I've decided to try and fix this myself.

I have heard that I'm supposed to replace the A/F sensor
the sensor i'm buying is

Amazon Amazon

could someone help confirm that i'm doing the right thing and if so, point out it's location?I'm not sure where it's at or if it will be a hard task or should I buy the sensor and bring it to a mechanic?

thank for reading.

the sensor in rear (by firewall) V6 bank is most likely bad. it might be a good idea to replace both bank sensors at same time though for best results.

check your part number here, you are looking at sensor described as the "RIGHT" in their catalog:
http://www.densoaftermarket.com/cata....php?part=afrs

universal ones do not have plugs, OE ones are plug and play.

the sensor for front (LEFT) and rear (RIGHT) V6 bank should be same, at least I used the same ones and they work fine.

check ebay and amazon for best prices.

Hi, thank for the reply.

I checked with Denso and there are 2 available A/F ratio sensor (234-9009 and 234-9007)

In my original post, there is an amazon link for denso 234-9009.

Amazon Amazon

or should i get the 234-9007 just to be on the safe side.

just double checking, is this the right one to buy? Was it easy for you to replace the sensor?

I used both 234-9007 on both banks and they are fine.

possible that both 234-9009 would work too, but it seems they have different wire length (hence the different part numbers), so not sure if -9009 is good for both or just one bank.
