Wiring question

Hey guys, I own a 96 Camry and just scored a mint 95 Grande for 200 bucks, my question is did they run the same wiring harness through all Camry's around the same year. I know on most cars they do this to save making separate harnesses. I want to change all the electrics over (windows, cruise control, seats etc). Any help would be appreciated.

Should be very similar if not identical. assuming the Grande is equivalent to our ES300 there are a few differences that i know will have a slightly different harness. these would be push button vs lever style AC controls, the sun visors with the lights built in, and moon-roof controls, wiring for mobile phones...very minor things. also what engines did you guys get with those? hope you hit the jackpot with a tourer V lol

Thanks for the reply mate, we got the 3 litre V6 which are a great motor and bloody quick too. And after I posted I went out and removed the air-bag steering wheel which has the cruise control setup on it and then took my wheel off and checked the harness and the wires aren't there unfortunately so they didn't run the same harness. But it's cool I am pretty handy with car electrics so I will run my own wires. I don't think I will switch the climate control over as that will be a hell of a job for little reward.
