headlight removal

The headlight lens on my 2005 camry is getting cloudy so i bought a restorer kit. A friend of mine says doing what the kit requires is a lot easier if you take the headlight assembly off the car. I took the bolt out that holds the top of the assembly in hoping this would release the assembly, but it did not. I do not see anything else holding it in. Any information on this would be appreciated.

you need to remove bumper first. there are two more tabs, one on each side, under the bumper.

I did my headlight restore using Meguiar's (walmart, 15$, i think). I didn't remove the headlight, just put some masking take on the bumber around headlight. Open the hood (so that you don't have to mask the top) and use a drill and the provided pad to polish the light.
It took about 5 min and the lense became crystal clear. It is staying like that for almost 8 months now.

On gen 4, to remove the headlight, first remove the blubs and then remove the side indicator assembly. There is a plastic clip at the top, remove it with a flat screwdriver and then push the whole indicator assemby towards the front of the car. It will snap out.
Then remove two top bolts and one side bolt (look in the middle of the assembly where the side indicator clip is attached to the body). Once you remove these three bolts, push the light assembly back. There are two clips that is holding the headlight assembly to the bumber, so you can use your fingers from behind to ease it. Mine snapped out with moderate pressure.
