The 3VZ engine is completely different than a 1MZ.
OBD I Vs ODB II
Ignition system has distributor/one coil/HT wires Vs igniter/coil-over-plug
Different O2 sensors
Just to name a few things that pop to mind. It would be such an enormous task, I wouldn't recommend doing it unless you've got a lot of time on your hands to learn all the pitfalls & work-arounds. You'll need to swap ECUs, wire harnesses, etc., etc..
