94 camry auto trans problems, can't find anything similar

Itbgoes from driving completely fine to nothing in a sec. No slipping not even trying to grab, and no warning. Then I can go and drive it a few hours later. I changed the fluid the firstbtime itbhappened and that seemed to work then it happened again and looked at the fluid and it's oil color after 2 weeks. No check engin light, no codes. It's not the brake lit weird thing, and I'm wondering if it's hydraulic pressure or solenoids or if i need a new tran how to in swap it or can someone point me to directions to do so without any hoists or lifts as I dontbhave any. Also I have no knowledge of cars so please be clear with your response I only know what I've read on here today

Thanks so much for any and all help

look for loose connections and for breaks in the wires, could be an issue where it gets too hot and thermal expansion causes it not to work, you should maybe try and swap the fluid some more and look at changing the differential

also look up swap procedures if the fluid got that dark more or less your clutch plates are starting to go bad

When you say swap procedures do you mean for trans or clutch plates? And could the fluid get that dark if it's one of the other problems with dif or wires? Told you I was clueless, lol

It w
Used to be that it worked better if it was hot now it seems like as soon as it gets hot it stops working, like 5 ,ins after I get down the road
