Hid problem

Hi, I have a hid problem, I have h4-3 installed on my camry 1999 with a relay harness and I bought my hids from ddm. Basically the problem is, my hids won't turn on when the car is on, even if I switch night time lights on. But if I switch the night time switch on before I start the car, it would work. I have tried changing the ballast, and so far it's been 3 sets of ddm ballast that does the same thing... The same thing happens to my girl friend's corolla 2001. What could be the problem?

im pretty sure u hooked it up wrong. mine worked just fine when i had it that one week.

if your sure that u hooked it up right then it might be the relay. unplug the ballasts and check that the ballast is seeing voltage with a voltmeter when you turn then lights on with engine off and with engine on.

if u replace the relay and the ballast is still not seein 12v everytime u turn on ur lights then somethin is wrong w ur car

Well before was working fine when I first installed them, I was originally on analog ballast but ever since I switched to digital, this started happening and I will try with the volt meter
