235/45R17s on gen 4. Will they fit?

As the title states, I'm wanting to run 235/45R17s on my gen 4. A friend just offered me a used set of re-11s at a great price and id like to pick them up. I know this would be a suitable size to run as it's only off the stock circumference by 1 %. However, I'm concerned about rubbing, moreso on the struts. My car is currently lowered with Eibach springs on Tokico struts. I was planning to run a 17X7.5 wheel and most likely it would be in a 45 mm offset. Would this be sufficient clearance or do I need a lower offset wheel? Would spacers possibly be enough if the offset just needs to be slightly lower. Seems to be hard to find lightweight 17 inch wheels in a lower offset

There's really no way of telling unless another person has done the EXACT specs of tire and wheel on their car. and then even that, there's different wheel designs that are slightly different from one another. you pretty much got it, stick em on and if they rub add some spacers. you might need to roll your fenders with the oversized tires though.

Thanks for the response, Cartang. Is shaving the fenders like rolling them at all? Running any spacers?

I ran 235 45 17s on an 8" rim and it rubbed the fenders ever so slightly. Not enough to even leave marks on the tires but enough that I knew it was happening. I was lowered on tokicos and eibachs too. I dont remember the offset of my rims off the top of my head tho. its probably around 40ish +/- You shouldnt have much of a problem

Thanks for the feedback guys. I found enkei rpf1s in 35 mm offset so hopefully won't need the spacers but prob. will have to do the fender rolling.
